Jeana Keough says she finally signed papers to divorce her husband, Matt Keough, 15 years after separating.
The “Real Housewives of Orange County” alum made the announcement during a Friday morning BravoCon panel that featured fellow OG “Housewives” Jill Zarin (“Real Housewives of New York”), Caroline Manzo (“Real Housewives of New Jersey”), Adrienne Maloof (“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”), Kim Richards (“RHOBH”) and Kim Zolciak-Biermann (“Real Housewives of Atlanta”) at the Manhattan Center’s Grand Ballroom.
“Last week, I signed the divorce papers,” the 64-year-old former Bravo star told a cheering crowd and a shocked Andy Cohen. “Of our 32 [years] married, we were apart for probably 22. I wanted to be there for him.”
The real estate agent and retired baseball player wed in 1984 and share three children: Shane, Kara and Colton.
The Keoughs’ troubled marriage was a major part of Jeana’s storyline on Seasons 1 through 5 of “RHOC.”
In 2004, Matt filed for legal separation, which was granted; however, no divorce documents appear to have been filed by either Jeana or Matt since then.
BravoCon is taking place in New York from Nov. 15 to 17.
“The Real Housewives of Orange County” airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
