Rapper YK Osiris denies that he assaulted his girlfriend, and he says that witnesses who attended his 21st birthday can exonerate him.
According to TMZ, the singer has friends who were at the party and intend to come forward as witnesses to prove his innocence. He also claims that there is physical evidence to back up his story.
He allegedly attacked the woman at his 21st birthday party, Fulton County police confirmed to the AJC.
The police report states that YK’s girlfriend said she saw a photo of another woman wearing nothing but a towel on his phone. An argument then ensued. YK reportedly told her, “I am going to slap the sh*t out of you,” before chasing her to the bathroom, choking her, and biting her face. She claims she bit him on the lip to break free.
The woman reportedly had a mark under her eye where the rapper bit her.
