Hilaria Baldwin’s Emotional Video After Suffering Miscarriage at 4 Months

Hilaria Baldwin, 35, has some sad news to share.

On Monday, Hilaria revealed that she suffered another miscarriage with an emotional video. She wrote on Instagram, “We are very sad to share that today we learned that our baby passed away at 4 months. We also want you to know that even though we are not ok right now, we will be.”

“We are so lucky with our 4 healthy babies—and we will never lose sight of this,” Hilaria continued. “I told Carmen and took this so I could send it to Alec. I guess this is a good way to share it with you too. I told her that this baby isn’t going to come after all…but we will try very hard to give her a little sister another time. I’m really devastated right now…I was not expecting this when I went to my scan today. I don’t know what else to say…I’m still in shock and don’t have this all quite clear. Please no paparazzi…that’s all I ask ❤️.”

On her Instagram Story, Hilaria posted a heartbreaking photo of herself holding her belly. She captioned her pic, “Today didn’t go as planned. I’m very sad. Tonight is my last night with her…such a strange experience.”

Of her “sad reality,” Hilaria added, “Thank you for all of your kind and sympathetic words. I didn’t know so many tears existed in the body. I’m trying to be present for my grief but understand that life goes on and there is still beauty, even in darkness.”

Before breaking the sad news, Hilaria admitted that she was “nervous” about a doctor’s scan. Seven months ago, Hilaria revealed that she had suffered a miscarriage after going to a scan, which showed that her unborn child had no heartbeat.

In May, Hilaria explained why she decided to speak out about her miscarriage. She told “Extra’s” Renee Bargh, “It’s much more about the issue and less about me because once I opened up, so many people come to me and said they experienced the same thing.”

She added, “There’s so much shame surrounding it. So I just wanted to be open. And it wasn’t so scary. A lot of time you find out when you open up it’s not scary.”

Hilaria and husband Alec Baldwin, married for seven years, are already the parents of Carmen, 6, Rafael, 4, Leonardo, 3, and Romeo, 17 months.
