Bravo’s Real Housewives of Potomac star Monique Samuels is now facing possible JAIL TIME after she got into a physical fight with her Real Housewives costar Candiace Dillard.
MTO News first broke the story that Monique and Candiace got into a fight during filming. According to eye witnesses, Candiace threw a drink at Monique during a dinner party. Monique then allegedly dragged Candiace to the ground and pulled her hair.
Now a probable cause warrant has been issued against Monique from the District Court of Montgomery County in Maryland. The probable cause warrant is for second degree assault.
We spoke with a person close with Monique, who tells us that the housewife has hired a top notch legal team to defend her against the charges.
And the charges are serious. If convicted Monique can be sentenced up to 10 years of imprisonment, a fine of up to $2,500
Candiace, 32, filed a complaint directly with the court’s commissioner – and the probable cause warrant was issued. And because of the warrant, Monique has to appear in court on Dec. 23.
During the hearing, a judge will decide whether or not to charge Monique with assault.
