Police have arrested, Ibraheem Yazeed, in the case of UFC fighter Walt Harris’s missing teenage stepdaughter Aniah Blanchard.
Blanchard, who is the stepdaughter UFC heavyweight Walt Harris, was last seen at a gas station in Auburn, Alabama, on October 23.
Her car, a dark colored SUV, was later found abandoned in Montgomery, more than 50 miles away. Police said the car was damaged and contained evidence that Blanchard had been harmed.
Prior to the arrest, cops had issued two surveillance images showing Yazeed at the gas station where Blanchard was last seen alive. They also offered a $105,000 for information leading to his capture and arrest.
Yazeed was captured Thursday night after cops received a tip that he had been spotted near Interstate 10 in Escambia County, Florida.
The 30-year-old seen here in a previous mugshot, has been charged with first-degree kidnapping until further investigation.
The suspect, Yazeed, was out on bond on separate charges of attempted murder, kidnapping and first-degree robbery earlier this year at the time of Blanchard’s disappearance.
