Cynthia Bailey from the Real Housewives of Atlanta looks as gorgeous as ever this season.

But we’ve noticed that there’s something a little different about her face. At first we thought that she had just gotten a new makeup artist.

But folks on Twitter believe that Cynthia may have gone under the knife – and gotten “cheek fillers.”

Cheek fillers are injected beneath the skin in the targeted areas using a special needle. Once the filler substance has been injected, it plumps up the skin from beneath, filling wrinkles or augmenting facial features such as cheeks. People often combine dermal fillers with Botox.
