YG has issued a public apology to his girlfriend Kehlani after he was caught kissing a mystery woman several times in a car.
The came out as a couple just a few weeks and have been friends for some time, but many were shocked to see that the “Suu Whoop” rapper would cheat on his girlfriend so openly.
According to YG, it was all a drunken mistake, and it isn’t what it looks like:
“He was drunk, got carried away, and it was very regretful for putting himself in that situation and hurting #Kehlani,” his team told The Shade Room in a statement. “He has no romantic connection to the girl, just a drunken moment carried away.”
The couple went public last month September at New York Fashion Week, where they were spotted canoodling at the Kith runway show hand in hand. She then kissed him after the event.
