Happy birthday, Ryan Reynolds! The Deadpool actor celebrated his 43rd birthday on Oct. 23, and of course, Blake Lively couldn’t help but send a silly message his way to honor the occasion. The couple (who welcomed their third daughter over the Summer) are well-known for their social media banter, and Blake’s cute Instagram post was no exception.
“I picked a good one. Happy birthday @vancityreynolds 🎈,” she wrote, captioning a photo of herself and Ryan with her finger up his nose. Blake also tagged herself as Gisele Bündchen, who she has notably been inspired by in the past. To top it all off, Blake’s sister Robyn Lively added her own funny comment to the mix and wrote, “A crusty one alright 💚.”
Blake’s special tribute could simply be revenge on her husband for his own trolling a few months ago. When her birthday rolled around, Ryan cracked the internet up with his collage of Blake with her eyes closed. Hmmm . . . actually, her ‘gram could fit in nicely with his gallery.
