Michael Phelps and Nicole Johnson are officially a family of five! The former Olympic swimmer and his wife welcomed their third child, a baby boy named Maverick, on Sept. 9. “Family of 5!” Michael captioned a photo of him with Nicole and their three boys. “Welcome @mavericknphelps to the world! Born 9-9-19. Mama and baby are healthy and the boys are pumped to be big bros! #housefullofboys” Nicole shared the same photo writing, “We welcomed Maverick Nicolas Phelps into the world on 9/9/19 at 36 weeks and 2 days. Our lil big man was 6lb 5o and 20 (inches). He instantly has stolen all of our hearts and keeps me an ecstatic mommy of boys 💙💙💙 I can’t wait to walk this journey surrounded by my men. #familyof5”
The couple first announced they were expecting in April with a sweet announcement on social media. Little baby Maverick joins Michael and Nicole’s two sons, Boomer, 3, and Beckett, 1. Congrats to the pair on their new addition!
