FEELIN’ FALL FASHION // | Atlantic-Pacific

I know, I know, labor day weekend hasn’t even ended and here I am posting about fall fashion. Listen. it isn’t that I want summer to end, but OMG I just live for fall fashion. The layering, the textures, the endless accessory opportunities, I could go on and on. Every site I frequent is brimming with new arrivals for fall so I thought I would start my most-wanted check list now! Below are a few of the items that are at the top of my list – fun faux fur, statement sweaters, funky accessories, bold boots, and of course, all of the blazers!

FUN FAUX FUR //

I was joking today that with the amount of faux fur I have already purchased for fall I want to start the hashtag #fuzzyfall. I have slowly been accumulating faux fur coats in every color and I have now moved onto all of the prints, patterns, and funky combos that I can find. The above are a few of my favorites, but I would also look here on ASOS for some amazing pieces with out the high price tags. I actually just got this piece, since you know I’ll be all about tiger stripes this season!

BOLD BOOTS //

I typically don’t replace my tried and true basic boots each season. My trusty brown and black boots (and booties) have held up over the years so this season I am on the hunt for that emotional ‘I-have-to-have-them’ pair. These six have caught my eye so far, especially this pair. I am currently just dreaming up all the ways to wear these funky footwear pieces in fall and into winter!

STATEMENT SWEATERS //

Almost time to cozy up! When it comes to basic crewnecks in a rainbow of colors I stick to the tippi sweater or this $100 cashmere crew. Knowing I have my basics covered, I am typically shopping for bold stripes (loving both color ways of this sweater) or interesting intarsia patterns! I was also loving the interesting color-blocking happening out in the market this season like this pink and tan sweater and this half and half sweater.

AMPED-UP ACCESSORIES //

So if you followed me last fall you know I was ALL ABOUT THE COLORED TIGHTS. Spoiler alert: colored tights are still going to be my thing this season. In addition to colored (and printed) tights, I know I am going to be really into funky gloves this season. I just bought these long, printed opera gloves that I can’t wait to print mix with this coat. If you are a colored tight enthusiast like me I have found that the best place to find ANY color you are looking for is here. Simply search for your color – and *boom* – 9 times out of 10 they have it…and on the cheap!

BLAZERS BLAZERS BLAZERS //

There is nothing I love more than a great fall blazer. I have always loved plaid, but this fall I am throwing a full on plaid party – the more plaid mixing, the better! I already have a few pieces that I am dying to wear (announcement coming 9/3 HINT, HINT) but I couldn’t resist this plaid mix blazer from a new-to-me designer!
