THROWBACK //
I am slowlllyyy starting to slip into pre-fall planning mode. I can already tell that plaid, suiting, and faux fur will be dominating my fall styling. This Veronica Beard look was from earlier this summer when I was just starting to get the fall itch!
Question: What are your plans for NYFW?
Answer: This season I am really paring down when it comes to NYFW shows, presentations, and activities. I have an exciting announcement to share next week as well as a few longer term projects that I am in the midst of working through (not to mention decorating the FL house). So, it makes more sense for me to focus my energy there vs. NYFW. I also prefer to keep the site focused on my personal style and since I don’t typically recap the shows or do a ton of backstage coverage, etc. I have found my time is better spent on A-P focused projects. With that being said, I love so many of the designers showing in NYC, and I will surely be catching up on everything walking down the runways on vogue.com. You’ll see me out and about a bit, just not as much as in past seasons!

I am so excited for the fall season as that means the return of thigh highs, novelty socks, and colored tights! These pink and red socks are totally dreamy and at the top of my fall must-have list.
