“Flip or Flop” star Tarek El Moussa, 37, is sparking dating rumors!
Over the weekend, Tarek was spotted smooching real estate agent and “Selling Sunset” star Heather Rae Young, 31, who had her hands on his back in photos obtained by TMZ.
The outlet notes that the kiss happened while the two were on a boat at the Portofino Hotel & Marina in Redondo Beach. The Portofino Hotel & Marina is a popular venue for weddings in the Los Angeles area.

In another photo, Tarek is seen putting his hand behind Heather as they look at each other. They reportedly sailed from Newport Beach, where he resides.

It’s unknown if they are officially dating or just having a day of fun together.

Tarek is still working with his ex-wife Christina Anstead on the eighth season of “Flip or Flop,” which premieres August 1. He recently pointed out to FOX, “Things have changed since Season 1 — we’re different people with different lives.”
Christina is now married to Ant Anstead and they are now expecting their first child together.
Tarek and Christina are also co-parenting and seeing eye-to-eye on their two children, Taylor, 6, and Braydon, 3. He commented, “We’re very open and I feel like we keep [filming the kids] fairly limited. I feel like we have a good balance — the kids aren’t on [the show] all the time.”
El Moussa is also working on his own projects, sans Christina. He is planning to give fans a peek of his personal life in “Tarek’s Flip Side” and podcast/YouTube show “Life by Design.” He explained, “I’m sharing a lot of personal and intimate stories, so I think the viewers will learn about another side of me they haven’t seen before.”
We’ll have to wait and see if Tarek’s new lady appears on his social media or his shows!
Last year, Tarek was linked to lingerie model Patience Silva, 37. A source told In Touch, “They met toward the end of last year on the celebrity dating app Raya.”
The insider added, “Patience is spiritual, warm and caring. She’s the perfect match for Tarek, who has been to hell and back since his split from Christina.”
Tarek and Christina called it quits in 2016 after seven years of marriage.
