When asked about her apparent preference for younger men, she told the mag, “I haven’t had that many, but there has been a variety pack. I’ve only been with five people in my life, so I’m kind of a prude, honestly, compared to most others in the field.”

Carey was married to music executive Tommy Mottola, who is 20 years her senior, and went on to date Derek Jeter, 45, and Luis Miguel, 49, before tying the knot with Nick Cannon, who is more than 10 years younger than herself.
