Singer Katharine McPhee, 35, and famed music producer David Foster, 69, are officially husband and wife!
On Friday, the pair tied the knot at the church of St. Yeghiche in London, E! News reports.
She posted on Instagram, “Exactly 13 years ago today my very first single, Somewhere Over The Rainbow, was released right after Idol. Today… I’m marrying the man who produced it. Life is full of beautiful coincidences, isn’t it? Thank you for taking me over the rainbow, David. ❤️.”
McPhee also took to her Instagram Story to reveal how she was prepping for her big day. While getting a facial, she joked, “The secret to a calm and collected bride. And maybe a little Xanax. But this girl makes me feel soooo good.”

The day before, the couple rented a tour bus to kick off the wedding festivities. A source told the site, “Katharine was popping champagne bottles and everyone was singing to the music. It was a great time.”
Later in the night, Katharine and David opted out of a formal rehearsal dinner, joining their friends and families at the Punchbowl Pub. The insider continued, “Irish music was playing and everyone was drinking and dancing. They all did a toast to the couple and everyone was smiling with excitement. Katharine and David wanted everything to be light and easy. They wanted their guests to have fun.”
On the same day, Zac Posen also posted a pic of himself with Katharine and Carole Bayer Sager in London, sparking rumors that he designed McPhee’s wedding dress.
McPhee has worn many of Posen’s designs on the red carpet, most recently at the Breast Cancer Research Foundation’s Hot Pink Party in NYC.
Earlier this month, she also accompanied Posen to the Tony Awards.
Days before their wedding, Katharine and David soaked up the sun on vacation in Mykonos. In one photo taken by David, she bared her bikini body, captioning, “Mondays don’t always have to suck..”
Katharine and David’s wedding comes just after she wrapped up her stint in the London production of Sara Bareilles’ Tony-nominated musical “Waitress.”
Last month, the couple was seen obtaining a marriage license in Beverly Hills, in photos obtained by TMZ. According to the site, she’ll take his name as a hyphenate: Katharine McPhee-Foster.
David popped the question nearly a year ago while vacationing in Europe.
Katharine spilled proposal details to Jared Eng of JustJared.com and shared a screengrab of the convo on Instagram.
Foster and McPhee were romantically linked in the spring of 2017 after they were spotted getting “intimate” during a dinner date in Malibu. The two denied the dating rumors at first, insisting they were friends. Months later, they would eventually been photographed kissing in Beverly Hills.
