Over the weekend, Wendy Williams posted a pic of herself holding a “very sexy” mystery man’s hand, but didn’t reveal his identity.
Days later, her new man has been identified as convicted felon Marc Tomblin, 27, who calls himself a financial investor and blogger on his LinkedIn.
According to court documents obtained by Bossip, Tomblin served 15 months in prison after being convicted of robbery with a dangerous weapon and breaking and entering in 2013.
TMZ reported that Williams and Tomblin met when she was hanging out with Blac Chyna in Los Angeles. He reportedly told her about his conviction. Despite his criminal past, she told TMZ she isn’t going to stop dating him, saying, “I am a 54-year-old, grown-ass woman. I know what I’m doing.”

Williams emphasized that she just wants to have “no-strings-attached fun,” saying, “Look, my husband had a full baby with a woman he was involved with for 15 years… where I was cooped up only to be a show pony. Now, I’m living my life.”
Williams’ estranged husband Kevin Hunter has not confirmed that he has fathered a child.
After spending time together in Los Angeles, Wendy and Marc are now enjoying dates in NYC, but she emphasized, “He is lovely, but let me make it clear… I don’t have a boyfriend.”
On Tuesday night, the pair were seen holding hands after a dinner at fancy sushi restaurant Nobu. When asked how she feels about haters who criticize her dating life, she told TMZ photogs, “I do what I want.”
Last month on “The Wendy Williams Show,” Wendy shut down rumors that she has a new boyfriend. She explained that the “handsome” man people were gossiping about was just part of her security team.
Referencing her split with Hunter, Williams emphasized, “You don’t just throw away 25 years lock, stock, and barrel. I don’t have a boyfriend, but I must admit I am rediscovering my love of men… I do date. I date pretty often.”
Wendy and Kevin are in the middle of a tumultuous divorce, and he recently exited “The Wendy Williams Show.” Adding to the drama, Kevin was also involved in physical altercation with their son, Kevin Jr.
Following their fight, Kevin Jr. was arrested in New Jersey by the West Orange Police Department. Law enforcement sources confirmed to TMZ that Kevin Jr. had been arrested for simple assault. He was never taken to jail, and was released on summons.
Sources tell TMZ the father and son got into an altercation in a store parking lot that ended with Kevin Sr. putting the 19-year-old in a headlock. The teen allegedly fought his way out of the hold by punching his dad in the nose.
His dad, however, tells the site, “I love my son very much and I will not be pursuing this matter legally. Things are not always how they appear.”
During a recent date night with Marc at Roscoe’s Chicken & Waffles in Los Angeles, Wendy teared up while discussing her family drama, saying, “Stuff happens in life… Everybody’s gotta grow up.”
