All the Wedding Details! Gina Rodriguez Marries Joe LoCicero

“Jane the Virgin” star Gina Rodriguez has some big news to share!

On Saturay, Gina, 34, and fiancé Joe LoCicero, 32, tied the knot in front of their close friends and family.

On Monday, Gina announced the happy news on Instagram with a wedding video, saying, “May 4th, 2019 was absolute MAGIC. To my husband Joseph, I am yours forever. ❤️.”

While it is unknown where they held the ceremony, she made sure to thank her “Jane the Virgin” co-star Justin Baldoni, who seemed to be the officiant. She said, “Thank you to my mother in law for the wedding of my dreams. And the village that helped her! Special thank you to our soul brother @justinbaldoni and my new brother for singing me down the aisle Michael LoCicero @mikelosaurusrex.”

She tagged Pronovias, which most likely indicates that she wore one of the brand’s beautiful dresses.

Two weeks ago, Gina was seen wearing a wedding dress while filming scenes for “Jane the Virgin” with Justin and Rafael Solano. The show is in its last season.

Her co-star Jaime Camil responded to Gina’s post, writing, “Beautiful film! It was magical for Heidi and me to see how much you guys love each other ❤️ Thank you for having us #tvdaughter.”

Justin used four crying emojis to express how he felt about her wedding.

Some other stars to react to the wedding news include Nikki Reed and Zachary Levi. Nikki wrote, “Oh you gorgeous gorgeous girl. Congratulations you two! Here’s to a lifetime of happiness together! I’m so glad you found each other 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.”

Zachary added, “Congratulations!!! 🙌🙏.”

The wedding comes just six months after Joe popped the question to Gina. After posting a pic of the huge sparkler on her Instagram, she confirmed the engagement, telling People magazine, “I am [engaged]! He’s the best. He’s the f**king best. We’ve been engaged for like a month — I’ve kept it a secret for a while.”

In September, Gina gushed about her beau to “Extra’s” Terri Seymour at the “Smallfoot” premiere in Los Angeles. While showing off her ring, she said, “He rocks. He got it. He’s the one that got it for me.”

At the time, they hadn’t started planning the wedding and didn’t have a wedding date.

Months after the engagement, Gina kept it real about wedding planning during an appearance on “The Talk.” She said, “I feel like we’re gonna elope. It is so much drama! It’s a lot of work. There was a point when I was like, ‘Everybody arrange everything.’ I just want to show up. I just want to do it. I want to say ‘I do.’ I’m happy. And then I started hearing about what they wanted to do and I was like, ‘Well, I don’t know about that.’

The couple met in 2016 when he played a stripper on her show. On “Live with Kelly and Ryan,” she shared, “He thought I was being nice to him because I am nice to everyone that comes on the show. So he thought I was just being super sweet to him. And I thought he was just being sweet on me because I’m the lead.”
