“90 Day Fiancé” couple Ashley Martson, 32, and Jay Smith, 20, can’t seem to make it work.
Earlier this week, Martson filed for divorce in Pennsylvania for the second time, E! News reports.
Ashley confirmed the news to Us Weekly on Thursday night at the launch event for MĀSK CBD | CBG | CBN infused skin care. She admitted, “I’ve been a train wreck all week, but I’m trying to get out. I had my heart broken.”
She revealed that she cited “adultery” as the reason for the split in the papers. She said, “Cheating is not okay… We’re not on good terms. We don’t live together anymore, but he lives in my hotel.”
Jay has not commented on Ashley’s cheating allegations. He took to Instagram on the same day that the divorce news broke and posted selfies. He also revealed that he was reading a book called “The Art of Seduction” by Robert Greene.

On Thursday, Ashley documented her fun night out with New York Giants player Mike Cox, even using heart emojis around him in an Instagram Story video.
The divorce news comes just days before the premiere of “90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After,” which focuses on Ashley and Jay working on their trust issues while she battles lupus.
She told Us Weekly that their split doesn’t make the show, saying, “I was just trying to be transparent with my fans because it’s not on the show, the ending, so I’m kind of letting them know that things weren’t good, but being vague because we are still filming.”
On Wednesday, Martson appeared to be hinting at the demise of her relationship with Smith. She wrote on Instagram, “Behind every Strong woman lies a broken little girl who had to learn to get back up, fix the the broken pieces, and never depend on anyone.”
Ashley first filed for divorce in January, but withdrew the papers less than two weeks later. Around the same time, she was rushed to a hospital after being found unresponsive at her home. In a now-deleted post, Jay said, “I may have hurt you. I may have not been a good husband. Jumping on a plane the second I found out you was in the hospital was something I didn’t even think twice to do. We have our differences but as long as I have life I will never let you sit alone and suffer. I love you and nothing will ever change that. Thank you for having me here to support you.”
Ashley and Jay, who starred on Season 6 of the show, had been married for eight months before she initially filed. They met at a club in Jamaica while she was on vacation and continued their relationship long distance after she returned to Pennsylvania. They met up six months after their first meeting, and he popped the question a week after.
