Laneige is one of my personal favourite Korean skincare brands and I was thrilled to receive both the Water Bank Hydro Essence and the Fresh Calming Quick Morning Mask in the adorable, limited edition, Sparkle My Way packaging! This Limited-Edition collection is a collaboration between Laneige and visual artist Kim Gun-Joo and aims to celebrates individuality and inspires women to shine in their own unique way.
Laneige is well known for their Water Bank series and after trying this essence, I can see why this line is so well loved. The lightweight texture is perfect for those with oily or combination skin and for me personally, I love using this in the mornings before makeup to give my skin the hydration it needs without the weight of a cream.

The Fresh Calming Quick Morning Mask on the other hand is the perfect two-in-one product for when I’m rushing out the door and have no time for my morning skincare routine. The natural lychee extracts in the product soothes the skin, while the deep seawater maintains oil and moisture balance. It acts as a moisturiser and primer to prep your skin for flawless makeup application. My favourite part about the product? The texture. It pumps out like a foamy mousse that dissolves quickly into the skin, leaving it glowy and supple.

It’s been one month since I started using the products and I must say, it has made my mornings so much better. I used to have about three to four skincare products in my morning routine, but after using the Hydro essence and the Quick Morning Mask from Laneige, I have been able to cut down the number products I use without sacrificing the hydration levels of my skin.
