Issa Rae is getting to walk down the aisle! The Insecure actress is engaged to her longtime boyfriend, Louis Diame. Her costars confirmed the exciting news during the 2019 NAACP Image Awards on Saturday. “We’re very excited for her,” Yvonne Orji told Entertainment Tonight. “We all found out in different ways because we’re all on different text chains,” Jay Ellis added. “We talk at different times, so we all found out at different times in different ways.”
Rumors that Issa was engaged first started swirling after her cover for Essence’s April issue featured her wearing a gorgeous diamond ring on her left hand. While the actress has yet to confirm her engagement, it seems like her costars are obviously overjoyed about the news!
