(AllHipHop News) The members of TLC are developing a Broadway musical featuring their hits.
In an interview with online news outlet Cheddar, Rozonda ‘Chilli’ Thomas revealed she and bandmate Tionne ‘T-Boz’ Watkins are eager to bring their story to the stage.
“We’re also working on the TLC musical and TLC on Broadway,” Thomas shared. “We’re going to create new music for those projects as well.”
According to the star, the show will offer fans the chance to see aspects of the band’s story, with which they may be unfamiliar.
“We have so many stories to tell,” she added, “We didn’t tell it all in our biopic we did with VH1. (There’s) a lot of good stuff. It’s gonna be very emotional but a good ride… I’m very excited that.”
The Waterfalls hitmakers rise to fame was detailed in the 2013 TV biopic “CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story.”
