(AllHipHop News) “Love & Hip Hop” star Tommie Lee is in big trouble in Georgia, after she showed up to a court hearing completely smashed.
Last week, Tommie showed up drunk for a hearing in her ongoing court case for child abuse.
The judge suspected something was up with Tommie and she was tested immediately.
The results showed Tommie was very intoxicated and had a blood alcohol concentration level of 0.16 which is twice the legal limit in the state of Georgia.
She was already facing prison time for slamming her daughter’s head into a locker at a middle school in October of 2018.
Tommie Lee was hit with battery, aggravated assault, and child cruelty charges and was eventually freed on a $27,000 bond.
But she was apprehended less than three hours after her discharge for violating a no-contact order, after she tried to talk to the child.
Tommie is currently being held without bail.
